Job description / Role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Admin / Sales Executive to join our team at AL FAFA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks while actively supporting sales operations. This role requires excellent communication skills, organization, and a proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
• Manage daily office operations, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and documentation.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
• Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination and employee documentation.
• Support the management team in handling office supplies, logistics, and coordination.
Sales Responsibilities:
• Assist in sales inquiries, customer follow-ups, and maintaining client relationships.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports as required.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an up-to-date customer database and follow up on potential leads.
• Support marketing efforts, including promotions and social media engagement.
Requirements:
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or sales role.
Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Customer service-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
