Position Title: Admin Secretary
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A start up tech company that specializes in web development, social media management, mobile application development, translation, and content writing.
Job Description:
• Conduct cold calls and scheduling meetings with potential clients to introduce products or services.
• Communicate fluently in French, English, and Arabic to facilitate business discussions with clients and colleagues.
• Maintain and updating client databases, responding to emails and messages, and managing office logistics.
• Manage social media accounts and creating marketing materials such as brochures and presentations.
• Attend business meetings to take notes and minutes, and performing general administrative duties.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to candidates that can speak French and Arabic language
• Proficiency in social media platforms & LinkedIn is a big advantage
• Previous experience as an admin/sales/marketing from a tech industry is an advantage
