Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading international education body who is looking to hire an organised and self-motivated Admin Support Assistant on a temporary 1 month contract.
For this temporary role you will be expected to complete general administrative duties such as scheduling meetings and appointments, following up with enquirers, agenda’s and support with events. You will be supporting a small team with administrative duties.
This role is based in their Dubai office and the role will be from Sunday to Thursday, 9 to 5.
The successful candidate must have an administrative background and the ideal candidate must have excellent communications skills in English, both written and verbal, as you will be a direct representation of the Institute. You should be currently based in Dubai and have immediate availability.

You must be organized and able to work well independently and part of a team.
You must be on your own visa as this is a temp position.
