We are seeking a proactive and organized Admin professional fluent in Tagalog to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will support daily administrative operations efficiently, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication within the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support office functions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Tagalog-speaking employees and clients, ensuring clear communication.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and reports relevant to office operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with various departments to streamline office activities and processes.
- Handle correspondence and communication in Tagalog and English as required.
Requirements:
- Fluent in Tagalog and English, both spoken and written.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and office management software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively across teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic workplace.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 3,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
