Job description / Role
Admin/Admin Assistant for a federal government entity in Abu Dhabi. UAE Nationals (Emirati) with family book will be considered for the role.
• Handling the correspondence,drafting emails
• Meeting preparations including Minutes
• Handling all the administrative tasks within the legal department
• Filing and archiving
• Translations
Requirements
• Bachelor degree or higher diploma
• 3-4 years experience in administrative roles of any kind
• Legal exposure would be advantageous
• Should be proficient in drafting correspondences, minutes of meetings
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Proactive and energetic
