Job description / Role
We are a leading international insurance intermediary specialized in health insurance and we are currently looking for talented individuals who fit the following qualifications and job description:
- Communicates and coordinates with clients, insurance companies and sales team to process applications and send updates
- Updates and monitors the customer’s records
- Proper filing and updating of our customer’s documents/requirements
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and support to our sales team
- Provide accurate and timely response to both clients and insurance companies
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Has a strong organizational, technical, interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Computer Literate
- Flexible, Competitive and a team player
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate daily activity of office and multi-task in order to meet objectives with sense of urgency
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Preferably with a medical background, not essential however (a graduate of any course may apply)
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Starting salary is from AED 3,000-3,500
- Applicants must be in the UAE upon application to be qualified for an interview
