Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a British multinational commercial company that is based in Dubai, we are looking to recruit an Admin Assistant. Reporting to the GM you will be responsible for answering the telephone in a polite and courteous manner, transferring calls, taking messages, organising appointment and staff travel, updating government portals, dealing with visitors and couriers and any other duties deemed suitable.
AED 6000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have a minimum of 2 years administrative experience working at a multinational company, be fluent in English.
