Job description / Role
Charterhouse is currently working with a leading global law firm based in Dubai who is looking to hire a pro-active and results driven Administrator to support their professional team with administrative tasks. Due to the demands of the position, it is essential that the candidate has either legal, financial or professional services industry experience.
The role will require the Administration Assistant to complete administrative tasks set out by the legal practices to assist team members, such as practice executives and partners within the Dubai Office. They will also provide efficient and diverse administrative, organisational and document support to all practice areas within the firm.
In addition, responsibilities will include but are not subject to, manage front of house welcoming clients into the business, taking inbound and making outbound calls taking messages and answering queries. The assistant will also be responsible for arranging meetings, conferences and training sessions, organising travel and accommodation arrangements. As the Administration Assistant, assistance with some legal tasks which may include document support and assisting with billings may be required.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, the suitable candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administrative and office management experience and ideally already be living in Abu Dhabi. It is essential that the applicant has experience working within professional services, financial services or other corporate working environments.
The applicant will demonstrate excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, preferably with western qualifications. UAE work experience will be an advantage for this role. In character, the ideal candidate should be positive and proactive with a friendly approach, a strong team player yet self-sufficient and the ability to demonstrate exceptional organisational skills.
