Job description / Role
On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas operator, we are looking to recruit a UAE National Administration Assistant. Reporting to the Field Superintendent you will be responsible for providing administrative functions to onshore operations and the onshore maintenance staff, prepare, update and post rotational schedule in accordance with superintendent approval ensuring rotational manning is adequate and meets operations requirement, administer the rotational changes, co-ordinate booking and organisation of all staff accommodation, plan, schedule and co-ordinate all mandatory training for staff, process operational invoices, act as the company document and record management person and carry out other administrative and document functions.
AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, hold a Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, have Oracle experience with 5 years admin experience, 3 of which must be in document control and training co-ordination preferably within the oil and gas sector. All candidates must hold a Kholsat Al Qaid and any Male candidates must be exempt or have completed their military service.
