Administration Manager - Part Time/WFH/Flexible Hours
We are a high functioning, closely knit team seeking a like minded individual with exceptional administration skills and an even better attitude and approach to client and candidate service! As the business has grown rapidly we now require someone to join us who can roll up their sleeves and act as the lynchpin of this fast paced, friendly team as we continue to enjoy growth.
Your tasks will vary and you could be formatting profiles and arranging interviews one day to producing invoices and onboarding new joiners the next! You will be responsible for all Office Administration, Data and Corporate Governance, HR Operations, PA support to the CEO plus much more, in-between.

We currently work remotely and offer flexible hours for the right candidate. We can also offer a part time arrangement.
With a background in administration support, the successful candidate will possess a positive fun attitude, be highly reliable and flexible. You will be self motivated with the ability to multi task and manage several projects at once. Creative thinkers are always very welcome to join our family!
Integrity and diplomacy are essential attributes along with the ability to work on highly confidential projects. You will be a natural communicator who liaises well with both the internal team and our external candidates, clients and vendors. Strong attention to detail and some experience in general HR/Finance administration is preferred but not essential. Your organisational skills will be second to none and you have superb IT skills.
Proofreading will be a critical part of this role so a strong command of the English language - written and spoken - is essential and some knowledge of the recruitment industry would be desired (but not essential).
