Job description / Role
Our client is a European funded start up company in the block chain and e commerce space, with a company registered in Dubai. They are looking for a hands on Administration Manager to initially work on a part time basis until the business is fully established and then it may well become a more demanding full time role, but that is open to discussion.
The anticipated working hours will be 11.00am until 3.00pm Monday to Friday, which is a 20 hour week and would be ideally suited to a stay at home Mum looking to get back into the work place but still has older child responsibilities.
Initially this will be a "Work from Home" job but even when the office is fully established there will be scope for a hybrid work environment.
The role will demand daily and weekly contact and reports to the owner based in Belgium.
AED 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
* First class written and spoken English with a neutral accent is critical as you will be the initial company contact.
* Must have excellent organizational skills and be ready to think outside of the box
* Thorough grasp of the UAE taxation system and the filing of submissions is mandatory
* Expertise in opening, managing and keeping up to date a bank account is required
* Responsibility for paying all company expenses and owings on time.
* The client is looking for an enquiring mind and a person who is willing to learn more (during working hours) about anything needed related to the companies services as time progresses.
