Job description / Role
Overseeing the general running of the office, the Administration Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
(This list is not exhaustive, the role is very ad-hoc and you will be required to do a variation of tasks)
For TS employees
- Setting new employees up with outlook account and various recruitment software passwords
- Organising all medical insurance for TS employees
- Visa processing for Taylor Sterling employees
- Collating salary, expenses, commission information for TS employees and forwarding to accounts. Sending monthly payslips
- Recording all TS employee absence
Office
- Managing DMCC portal
- Coordinating yearly audit and trade license renewal
- Stationary ordering and cleaner management
- Petty cash and office cheque management
- Helping with any IT issues - liaising with IT provider
You will support the Recruitment Consultants with administrative duties:
- Collecting all documents for visa processing and sending to client
- Creating (from template) client Terms of Business and NDA
- Creating invoices, sending to clients and chasing overdue payments
- CV formatting
- Continuous updated of recruitment platform
- Occasional Job advertising
Requirements
- Strong administrative experience
- Strong organisational skills
- Able to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience and knowledge of visa processing (DMCC would be preferable)
- UAE experience
