Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Support personal calendar management and scheduling for the management. Assist with managing the office calendar and ensuring clear communication of accreditation, assessment, and quality assurance deadlines.
• Support small events and campus visits- booking rooms, transportation, catering, AV etc.
• Liaise with Web team to ensure system pages are kept up to date, including organizing and managing the online repository of program assessment reports.
• Respond to ad hoc administrative requests submitted to the office, requests for approved accreditation actions and letters from the Registrar's Office.
• Process financial payments and reimbursements along with the institutional budget office and Admin Link
• Support data submissions to ADEK, CAA and other accrediting bodies
• Provide general office support, including maintaining office supplies, managing inventory, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
• Knowledge in CAaRs support (CAaRs - Course Archive and Reporting System)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• At least 2-5 years of progressive experience.
• Experience in scheduling, customer service, or administrative support.
• Technical Proficiency – Competency in MS Office applications: Word and Excel; Google Docs, Sheets, Google Drive, etc.
• Attention to Detail – Ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies in data, documents, or processes.
• Analytical Thinking – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to assess information critically.
• Time Management – Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining high accuracy.
• Organizational Skills – Strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
• Communication – Clear and precise written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
