Job description / Role
• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Email/phone management
• Creation of Reports
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Provides information by answering questions and requests.
AED 2,000 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Insurances, Ticket and Meals provided by the company
• Must have admin experience of at least 1-3 years providing support to a particular department
• Proficiency in doing reports thru Microsoft offices like excel
• Good communication and coordinating skills
• Must be willing to work in Sharjah and can start ASAP
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule
