Your new company
A well-established private family office of a HNWI is looking for an admin manager within its main office in Dubai.
Your new role
You will be at the centre of all operations and management within the office. As a small, private family office, you will be required to multi-task and over time assist with any administrative needs of various departments including finance, HR and legal. The role will be based on the international working week, so standard working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm. Your main responsibilities will include: Office Management, IT & facilities management, compliance, cash management including petty cash, expenses, payroll and HR administration where necessary, licence renewal, Free Zone liaison, visa applications, aiding in producing and proof-reading documents, contracts and reports as well as supporting the owner of the company on any personal matters on an ad-hoc basis.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be a fluent English speaker, with a solid background in administration and office management. You will have ideally worked within a similar position, or have exposure to working within a senior administration role ideally within the DMCC Free Zone or a private family office. You will be highly computer literate and familiar with the use of all Microsoft office packages. You will be a friendly team player with excellent communication skills, be professionally presented as well as able to multi-task and use your own initiative.
