Company Name: Seoul Guarantee Insurance Management (MENA) Ltd - hereafter “SGI MENA”
Company Location: Gate Village, DIFC, Dubai, UAE
Company Introduction:
We are a wholly owned subsidiary by Seoul Guarantee Insurance Company (“SGIC”) that provides insurance underwriting and brokerage services for them. SGIC actively supports SGI MENA to perform reliable services and build a financially stable business
Company History & Achievements:
- Since its inception in November 2022, SGI MENA has seen steady growth in revenue linked to SGIC, realizing a turnover of AED 2.3M in 2023, with a net profit. In 2024, SGI MENA is expected to generate revenues in excess of AED 3 million, with an increased profit
- The increase in revenue is mainly attributable to an increase in the number of insurance policies and premiums managed by SGI MENA
Job Position: Administrative Staff
Job Overview:
- All admin tasks including but not limited managing licenses, visas, office supplies, office expenses, receiving visitors, driving as needed
- Its duties will include assisting with the financial and compliance work performed by the outsourcer and supporting SEO
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned or existing responsibilities may be adjusted based on company needs
Requirements:
Candidate Profile:
- Language: Required English Proficiency
- Educational Preferences: Bachelor's degree or more
- Work Experience: More than 3 years of relevant work experience
- Qualifications: [Required] Driver's license holders / [Preferred] Business Administration or Finance Major
Working Conditions:
- Expected Date of Recruitment: July 1 or the first day a new hire is eligible to work, whichever is later
- Salary: Confirmed after interviewing
- Term of the Contract: Unlimited (Annually renewed)
- Working Hours: 8 am to 5 pm
- Vacations: 20 days (Increases by 1 day per year after 3 years’ working, capped at 5 days)
- Severance payment: As per DIFC regulation (DEWS payment)
- Insurance: Support (But up to certain premium limits)
- Visa: Support
- Board and Lodging: Not support
- Accompanying Family: Not support
Others:
- After six months of service, the new hirer will receive a performance bonus equal to 100% of the monthly salary twice a year, which includes the home flight ticket
- The first three months of employment is a probationary period during which the new hirer will be paid 70% to 80% of the monthly salary
- However, the above points can be adjusted by mutual agreement during the interview and thereafter
