Job description / Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in the education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our staff, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. This role will be based in our Dubai office, located in the vibrant UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and plan travel arrangements for staff, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of travel expenses.
- Communicate with travel agencies and vendors to negotiate rates and secure the best possible travel options.
- Provide excellent customer service to all travelers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Stay updated on travel regulations and requirements, and provide guidance to travelers to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement travel policies and guidelines that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare and distribute travel itineraries, documentation, and necessary information to travelers in a timely manner.
- Assist with visa applications and other travel-related documentation as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel coordination and administration, preferably within the education or related industry.
- Excellent knowledge of travel booking systems, online travel platforms, and travel management tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach to handling travel arrangements and inquiries.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve common travel objectives.
- Familiarity with travel regulations, visa requirements, and international travel procedures.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications, such as MS Office suite and travel booking platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
Salary:
AED
4,000 to 5,500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
