Admission Officer

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Admission Officer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, engaging with potential customers, and managing the admissions process in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets consistently.
• Promote and sell educational programs through direct meetings, telephone calls, and video sessions.
• Deliver compelling sales presentations to customers.
• Monitor, plan, and manage daily sales activities; update the sales pipeline regularly.
• Stay updated on the latest offerings, courses, and services provided by the company.
• Build and maintain a robust and accurate CRM database.
• Follow and manage the sales process in line with company guidelines.
• Ensure lead hygiene by properly tracking and documenting all interactions.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in a sales role (mandatory).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (mandatory), Malayalam (mandatory) and Hindi
• Location: Based in Dubai.
• Job Type: Full-time.
