Job description / Role
The Admissions & Registration Director is a pivotal role within a prestigious learning institution, focused on expanding access to and awareness of their learning programs. This leader will develop and execute strategies to enable self-registration, drive external outreach to organizations, and serve as the face of the institute.

Description
* Develop and implement strategies to enable seamless self-registration for professional learning programs, enhancing accessibility and efficiency.
* Create and execute a comprehensive outreach plan to engage organizations, promoting their programs and opportunities.
* Serve as the face of admissions and registration processes, building strong relationships with diverse organizations and promoting the value of their learning programs.
* Proactively inform and educate organizations about the range of learning programs and opportunities available, ensuring widespread awareness and engagement.
* Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility and reach of the programs across the wider landscape.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education or related field required.
* Proven ability to develop and execute strategic outreach and engagement plans, achieving measurable results.
* Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with a proven track record of effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of brand advocacy and program promotion, with the ability to effectively represent and promote an organisation.
* Experience working with or in the government sector, with a deep understanding of government processes and protocols.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams and stakeholders.
* English and Arabic proficiency is required.
