Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Advertising & Communications Coordinator - University

- Liaising with agencies/supplier on required media bookings including radio, online, print & outdoors
- Chasing for quotes from suppliers

Liaising with suppliers/HW on the design, continuous update and production of all print material:
- Event flyers
- Programme flyers
- Scholarship flyers & discount
- Forms ( scholarships, application, enquiry)
- Prospectus
- Updating the design, ensuring edits
- Chasing schools for feedback on relevant content
- Liaising with HW & WS on continuous website & social media updates in terms of content, events, scholarships, news & staff profiles
- Getting KHDA/relevant party approval on advertising content
- Drafting content for the web

- Liaising with suppliers and internal parties on photo shoot sessions
- Chasing for prospectus updates from schools and feed backing edits to HW design teams in a timely matter
- Liaising with suppliers on required edits ( print, radio, online)
- Proof reading & checking material for mistakes/correct info before sending it for sign off
- Liaising with suppliers Design & production of event leaflets
- Developing script for radio ads
- Developing content of print media ads
- Ensuring schools database is updated
- Liaising with relevant suppliers on the production and update of multilingual material & web content
- Drafting content for relevant communications e.g. open day messages & emails, promotional/scholarship messages, events messages
- Ensuring that communications campaign including sms & email campaigns go out on time to the appropriate target groups
- Chasing suppliers for digital marketing campaigns artworks
- Chasing R & A team to get updated schools contacts & maintaining an updated database
- Chasing suppliers for quotations & samples of giveaways
- Chasing suppliers for exhibition stand design
- Overseeing the production of & installation of exhibition stands
- Chasing suppliers for advertising options & quotes e.g. outdoors, digital marketing options
- Arranging for the update of banners, display material
- Liaising with schools on special design requests
- Liaising with suppliers on Brand activation initiatives e.g. radio activation campaigns
- Conducting periodic audits for web updates & links both for desktop & mobile/iPad sites

Updating HWDC info on other relevant website e.g. KHDA, DIAC etc
- Ensuring reports are updated on advertising activities
- Ensuring suppliers provide relevant periodic media reports e.g. digital reports, PR reports
- Chasing PR agency for delivery of news write ups and press releases
- Chasing PR agency for drafting of social media content and write ups for planned activities
- Updating PR agency with adhoc activities and events on campus and ensuring
- Chasing HW for web updates in terms of content and news
o Liaising & following up with staff on prospectus updates
