WSP currently seek a highly experienced, strategically minded and results driven Healthcare consultant with regional and international experience of developing and managing Healthcare projects.
Your new role, what's involved?
* Implement the goals and objectives set out in the annual business plan through leadership, coaching and mentoring of healthcare consulting management
* Deliver projects on time, on budget, and the highest quality.
* Develop and maintain client relationships.
* Help lead the continued development of healthcare operations advisory in-house expertise and methodologies.
* Provide leadership and direction to the team members to develop in-house expertise and methodologies to advance the group and the efficiency and effectiveness of our Healthcare advisory.
* Supervises other team members in conjunction with project managers.
* Lead periodical project meetings and presentations; ensure client is adequately briefed on project progress.
* Developing healthcare facilities from business plan - design-construction-equipment-commissioning-opening to operations; due diligence; managing green/brown field projects; designing strategy development plan and business operating model; operations management; Public Private Partnership Strategy; strategic advisory.
* Feasibility study to establish healthcare facilities and operations in Middle East and Africa
* Developing and leading healthcare facilities, healthcare operations and various healthcare projects covering strategy plan and implementation; operational transformation; operating Model and business plan Development; contract negotiation and management including PPP; pricing strategy and health insurance negotiation; healthcare facilities/ services setup and commissioning; strategic trainings, development of value propositions; design workflow processes/SOPs and Policies, operational KPIs.
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* 10+ years' experience working for a Healthcare provider on a C-Level managing Healthcare operations.
* Master degree in Healthcare Administration
* Experience in driving JCI accreditation
* Advanced knowledge on ?local and international regulatory requirements and polices for healthcare facilities design and understanding of fundamental departmental organization and
* Advanced knowledge of healthcare delivery systems and how design impacts those systems public/private spaces, staff and patient flow, etc.
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing; ability to convey medical operations with the planning and designer s team ?
* Pro-active attitude, attention to detail, and organized.
* Ability to work in an energetic and challenging work environment.
* Registration with a relevant professional association
* Experience in a variety of healthcare, public, private , tertiary hospitals, rehabilitations etc...
* Strong desire to attract top clients and the best projects.
* Demonstrated experience in a variety of project types and project delivery methods.
* Speak English and Arabic
