After sales support - MOB lead
The after sales support - MOB lead supports and delivers on the setup and management of new business and renewal onboarding by overseeing key processes within the team in line with customer needs. The individual will interface with various departments and support growth initiatives across the business to ensure the team operates efficiently and that KPIs are met. This role has an overall responsibility to manage the new establishment of offshoring benefits' setup function in Egypt with aligning the proper processes, harmony, and communication with the team members regionally.
Key responsibilities / What you do:
- Manages inclusion / changes of benefits, services into the client scheme and database system.
- Manages communication with the payers for benefits clarification also with the rest of internal stakeholders (claims, pre-cert, etc.) and any further medical inquiries.
- Maintains high quality outputs of benefit updates as communicated from the payer to satisfy clients' preset standards of service and avoid any claims leakage.
- Issues periodic or daily report on performance.
- Keeps accurate records on the various activities for internal and external review.
- Manages the day-to-day planning and operation of the department once expansion occurs.
- Develops excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders and other departments.
- Manages the training for new staff.
- Participates in various operational activities, inside and outside of the department to ensure that operational service delivery meets and exceeds clients' expectations.
- Advocates an atmosphere of open, honest communication and instills a collaborative approach within the department.
- Identifies, develops, and implements protocols / system enhancements to assist in maximizing productivity and improving service quality to maintain client retention levels.
- Completes ad hoc projects and tasks to support the company strategy.
- Always ensures that appropriate controls are in place to adhere to policies, protocols, and standards to achieve objectives related to customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.
Key requirements / What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree with a medical background is a must.
- At least five years of relevant experience in a similar environment is a must.
- Physically fit to carry out duties.
- Legally permitted to work in the country of operations.
- Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general internet navigation and research skills.
