Aftersales Manager

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Electrical Manufacturing company who are hiring a Aftersales Manager to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Lead and manage a service team.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and servicing of electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement aftersales strategies and policies to drive business growth.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering . Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Solid experience in UPS and Data Centers.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Fluent in English and Arabic. French is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
