Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose & Results of Role: Build good image by providing efficient and professional automobile warranty claim support and audit across the GCC region; Committed, results driven and profit and customer satisfaction oriented, always ensuring highest result achievement; Warranty claim policy implement and support; Warranty claim audit and settlement; Future warranty claim settlement; Warranty claim policy formulation; Warranty audit in GCC area; Claim quality issue collection and analysis

Requirements

- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 3+ Years automobile warranty claim work experience with proven track records in GCC
- Have knowledge of GCC regional regulatory requirements on warranty, claim etc.
- Strong and accurate technical abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Good knowledge to operate automobile warranty & claim system and process
- Strong communication skill
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, other language such as Hindi would be advantageous.
