Position Title: Agency Operator/Operations Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:
• Coordinating with vessel operators, port authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and safe vessel operations.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures for vessel and port operations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of cargo movements, including bills of lading, cargo manifests, and customs declarations.
• Identifying and resolving issues related to cargo and vessel operations, including delays, damage, and other problems.
• Collaborating with other departments within the company, such as logistics, agency, and customer service teams, to ensure smooth and efficient cargo operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and European nationals
• 25 to 35 years old
• Min 2 years’ experience from a vessel agency/ shipping logistics background / international environment
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
