For this role we require consultants who can speak both Arabic and English. Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks

Ensuring professional and effective relationships with the clients, ensuring the highest levels of service at all times.
Generating new leads ( Sales & buyers).
Ensuring all leads are followed up as soon as possible.
Ensuring accurate information is conveyed to prospective purchasers.
Generating referral business from existing clients.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly Sales targets.
Assisting in driving the Sales team to achieve target.
Maintaining a professional and customer-service focused approach at all times.

Requirements

Nature and length of previous experience: 2 years experience in Sales / Customer Service
Current Location: Dubai or Sharjah
Language Fluency: English more langues will be added
Soft Skills and Personality traits: Leadership and persuading skills.
Specialist knowledge: high level of communication skills.
