Responsibilities:
- Design and implement agricultural systems and technologies that improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct research and analysis to develop innovative solutions for crop production, pest management, and soil conservation.
- Collaborate with farmers and agricultural businesses to assess their needs and recommend appropriate engineering solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of agricultural systems and provide technical support to optimize their operation.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets for agricultural engineering projects.
- Stay current with advancements in agricultural technology and techniques, and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
- Provide training and support to farmers and agricultural staff on the use of new technologies and practices.
- Work closely with environmental and agricultural regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project findings and recommendations.
- Engage in community outreach and education to promote sustainable agricultural practices.

- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in agricultural engineering, with a strong understanding of crop production, irrigation systems, and soil management.
- Familiarity with the latest agricultural technologies, including precision agriculture, automation, and sustainable farming practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research and data analysis effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design software and tools related to agricultural engineering.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- A passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship in agricultural practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to travel to agricultural sites and engage with farmers and other stakeholders.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
