About the role

We’re looking for a seasoned AI designer to shape the next generation of intelligent and conversational experiences. You’ll design how people interact with AI across global search, conversational assistance, and transactional journeys — transforming complex data and flows into simple, elegant, and human experiences.

You’ll collaborate closely with product, design system, and AI teams to bring AI-driven interactions and components to life, ensuring every experience feels cohesive, intuitive, and aligned with the brand’s tone of voice.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive AI-led user experiences across chat, search, and contextual assistance.
• Translate traditional UI elements (cards, menus, forms) into AI components such as structured prompts, dynamic replies, and conversational layouts.
• Partner with UX writers and data teams to define tone, flow, and logic of conversations.
• Work closely with the Design System team to evolve it into a conversational design framework.
• Prototype and test AI-driven experiences using tools like Figma, Voiceflow, or Protopie.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure alignment between conversational and visual experiences.
• Explore opportunities for AI-led personalization and contextual recommendations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in digital product design, UX/UI, or interaction design.
• Experience designing for AI or conversational interfaces (chatbots, search, assistants).
• Strong understanding of component-based design systems and how they extend into conversational experiences.
• Proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools (Voiceflow, Protopie, or similar).
• Knowledge of AI UX principles — prompt design, response hierarchy, and tone management.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for AI-driven experience design and emerging human–AI interaction trends.
