What you’ll do

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents and backend systems
• Integrate tools and APIs to make AI systems more useful and reliable
• Debug and optimize agents for performance, accuracy, and cost
• Manage context, workflows, and data pipelines for production environments
• Continuously test, improve, and deploy AI-driven applications

Requirements

• Strong background in Python and FastAPI
• Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or DSPy
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a plus
• Proven experience shipping AI agents or LLM-powered apps to production (not just proof-of-concepts)
• Practical mindset — knows when to use AI agents and when traditional logic works better
