AI Engineer

Job description / Role

Join our forward-thinking team to design, build, and maintain advanced AI agents and AI voice systems. You’ll work with cutting-edge machine learning, NLP (e.g., GPT-based models), and reinforcement learning to create scalable, intelligent systems that interact naturally with users and other software. We leverage automation tools such as Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms to enhance workflows and efficiency.

• AI Agent & Voice System Development: Architect, implement, and refine autonomous AI agents and AI voice systems using state-of-the-art NLP, RL, and ML frameworks.
• End-to-End Workflow Automation: Develop and maintain AI-driven workflows, automation, and chatbots using Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Optimization: Use data-driven insights, testing, and feedback loops to continuously enhance AI agent performance and automation workflows.
• Integration & Scalability: Work with UX, backend, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless API integrations, cloud-based scaling (AWS, GCP, Azure), and automation deployment.
• Innovation & Leadership: Stay updated on AI trends, experiment with new techniques, and contribute to the continuous improvement of AI-driven solutions.

Education:
• Bachelor of Science in Computing, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Master’s/Ph.D. or research experience in AI/ML is a plus.

Technical Skills:
• Proficient in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with large language models, NLP techniques, and RL principles.
• Hands-on experience developing AI automation solutions using Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms.
• Skilled in API integrations, automation, and cloud-based AI solutions.

Soft Skills:
• Strong collaboration, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Adaptability and eagerness to explore new AI methodologies.

Experience:
• 1-2+ years in AI/ML roles with a track record of shipping production-grade AI solutions.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in AI automation and chatbot development.
• Experience in optimizing AI-driven processes, automation, and chatbots.

Preferred:
• Experience with vector databases, knowledge graphs, or multi-agent systems.
• Open-source contributions or relevant publications.
