AI/ML Engineer

Job description / Role

This role focuses on designing and deploying machine learning models and data science solutions to solve real-world business challenges. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to extract insights from complex datasets and support strategic initiatives across all operations & BU's.

Description

* Develop and deploy predictive models for demand forecasting, inventory optimisation, and customer segmentation.
* Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate problems into data science solutions.
* Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and model deployment frameworks.
* Evaluate model performance and ensure continuous improvement through retraining and tuning.
* Document methodologies and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
* Stay updated with industry trends and emerging techniques in machine learning and data science.
