AI Solution Engineer

Job description / Role

Position: AI Solutions Engineer
Location: UAE | Dubai
Experience Required: 3+ years (AI/ML development with production deployments)
Industry Sectors: BFSI, Retail, Industrial, Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders across target industries to understand pain points and identify AI opportunities.
• Translate business goals into AI/ML technical strategies and architectures.
• Design and deploy AI solutions (data pipelines, models, monitoring).
• Develop POCs, prototypes, and production-ready AI apps for:
• BFSI: Credit scoring, fraud detection, segmentation, risk modeling
• Retail: Forecasting, personalization, inventory optimization
• Industrial/Manufacturing: Predictive maintenance, process optimization

Required Skills
• Strong Python + ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
• Hands-on with structured/unstructured data (time series, text, image)
• Experience with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Clear communication across technical and business audiences
Preferred Skills
• Domain-specific apps: OCR, churn prediction, robotics
• MLOps, Docker/Kubernetes
• Big Data tools: Spark, Hive, Kafka
• Agile/Scrum experience
