We are seeking a highly skilled Air Conditioning Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves managing all phases of air conditioning projects from planning and design to installation and commissioning, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills in a dynamic construction environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage air conditioning projects throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications and quality standards are met.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to guarantee timely completion.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid project delays.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare detailed project reports and documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage procurement of materials and subcontractors relevant to HVAC systems.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve targeted goals and high performance.
Requirements:
- Holds Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years experience in Supply, Installation & Maintenance of HVAC systems, Refrigeration and controls and Chillers in GCC.
- Fluent in English
- Holds UAE Driving License.
