Job description / Role
- Responsible for all activities related to customs import and export DXB/DWC/SHJ Air & Sea Freight clearance in Dubai trade system.
- Carry out inspection booking, apply online for various controlling authority approvals, e-claim submissions, document submission, VAT return documentation, Client registration (New
- Importer code / Renew Importer code), Gate passes, apply for customs broker cards, Importer
- Monitor Exit Entry certificates to ensure submission on time before expiry to customs.
- Accurate customs clearance submission monitoring to ensure no delay in clearance & customs inspection clearance.
- Effectively maintain CDR, standing Guarantee Account within stipulated time frame and avoid any FINES/PENALTIES.
- Prepare Export shipping Documents such as Certificate of Organ, Commercial Invoice and packing List.
- To ensure the Exit certificate and standing guarantee are submitted on time and follow up with Dubai customers for refund claim
- Sea Air Handling DWC/SHJ port and out & Transit to Air / Freezone transit to destination
- Scrutinize the shipping documents to check whether they comply with customs requirements.
Requirements
- Dubai customs (MIRSAL 2 certificate) is must
- Proficient in English
- Diploma or Degree in Logistic Management/Business Management Highest
- Previous UAE Exeperiance from Logistic Company or Courier Company is Good
- Good Literacy on MS Office & other Logistic System
