Launch an exciting career with an International Crew accommodation specialist, working directly for one of their passenger service clients. Provide high level service by responding promptly to client requests. Possess keen intuition that allows anticipating and exceeding expectations.

Client Details

International Crew accommodation specialist who are working in Partnership with a leading UAE based Airline.

Description

* Receive inbound inquiries to source hotel, transportation and travel needs of clients, round the clock.
* Ensure Reservations' consistency and execution between multiple systems and channels utilized in the booking process
* Obtain, evaluate, and provide accommodations according to client guideline, requirements and SOPs,
* Effectively utilize all Customer Service tools and technology to process, track and report on all reservations requests that are provided through different channels,
* Professionally respond to all clients and/or vendors and escalate issues, complaints or service disruptions according to procedures,
* Continually update and maintain company database with client transactions
* Provide continual feedback on customer service processes and procedures to improve SOPs and training processes,
* Interact with internal departments,
* Support other duties/projects as needed

Requirements

* Ability to work in a Contact Center / service desk environment
* Must by confident, self-motivated, detailed oriented, organized and possess the ability to multitask.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
* Negotiations skills using different channels and methods of communications (phone or electronic)
* Ability to withstand significant pressures driven by volume, pace and challenging interactions
* Embraces change, thinks creativity and has a willingness to learn
* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume, target-based environment
* Ability to follow complex and dynamic Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills
* Ability to manage and provide feedback to all types of individuals
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Proficiency with SABRE (preferred)
