Position Title: Ambassador

Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A prominent group based in Abu Dhabi, with international collaboration and successful track records in the areas of F&B, Retail and Entertainment providing fun and exciting quality experiences.

Job Description:
• Answer telephone lines, clients telephone lines, providing state of the art services and supporting our clients’ businesses in general administrative needs.
• Ensure everyone stepping out of the lift and passing reception is greeted with a smile – friendly and professional.
• Contact all new clients prior to their commencement date; introduce yourself as their new Receptionist. Go over their basic phone requirements and team names so all basic communication set ups are ready to go as soon as they arrive.
• Monitor all incoming and outgoing couriers and deliveries. Date and time stamp. Notify clients immediately on arrival (via phone or email message).
• Direct all potential sales calls to the Manager, promptly and professionally.
• Ensure adequate stock of marketing material are always on hand

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Female, up to 35 y/o and below
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role
• Must have experience in customer service – client facing role
• Highly presentable
• Excellent communication skills
• Immediate joiners will be prioritized
