Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Oversee inventory management by tracking stock levels and ensuring timely replenishment to prevent delays in operations.
- Coordinate with vendors to procure materials while negotiating terms to achieve cost-effective solutions that align with budget constraints.
- Maintain accurate records of material usage and inventory transactions, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Work closely with project teams to forecast material needs based on project timelines and construction schedules.
- Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials to various project sites, minimizing downtime.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in the principles of inventory management.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in material coordination or inventory management within a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle for streamlined inventory tracking and management.
