Job description / Role
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire operation of the AMC Department which is taking care of the Preventive & corrective Maintenance contracts signed up with the clients to carry the necessary preventative maintenance on the supplied laundry equipment.
- Exercises leadership and supervision over personnel and activities of the department including compliance with all safety regulations.
- To maintain and develop the AMC sales targets and to build an excellent relationship with customers through frequent visits.
- Develop Performance Management Objectives
- Evaluate the department staff performance against objectives
- Investigates and reviews accidents , incidents, violations and take appropriate corrective action.
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all AMC engineers and technicians and ensures the required level of technical knowledge is maintained and in accordance with the manufactures PM procedures and recommendations.
- Develop work schedules and assigns personals through the ERP service module to attend the works schedules and to comply with the agreed service terms signed with the clients and meet all contractual commitments in order to maintain them for future business and reflect good reputation on the company service quality.
- Prepares yearly budget / sales targets for the department , monitor expenditures and variances and develops remedial plans when required to ensure that budgets are met.
- Quantify and qualify maintenance plans to ensure maximum use of human resources , tools , time and materials.

Requirements
- University Qualifications: Preferable with Bachelors Degree
- Nature and length of previous experience: with 3 years experience as Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Manager
- Age Range: 25-40 years old
- Gender Preference: Any
