Job description / Role

We're seeking a technically-minded Junior Business Analyst with strong coding abilities to join our AI investment incubator in the UAE. In this dynamic role, you'll bridge technical evaluation and business strategy, helping identify promising AI startups while supporting our portfolio companies with data-driven insights. Research emerging AI trends and prepare daily concise briefings for the investment team

• Participate in idea development, incubation, troubleshooting, and solution finding for existing portfolio companies
• Evaluate AI startup technologies through hands-on testing and implementation
• Support due diligence processes with technical assessments and market analysis
• Develop proof-of-concept AI implementations to validate startup claims
• Provide occasional support for company administrative/operational matters (filing, registration, data room management)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field. Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face), experienced in build frontier . Hands-on experience implementing and testing AI models. Familiarity with data analysis tools and visualization libraries. Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Must have frontier AI model technical Experience of LLM Implementation & Testing
• Implemented open-source frontier foundation models, and other tools Leveraged embedding models (Word2Vec, GTE-Base, RoBERTa) to enhance domain-specific LLM applications
• Implemented LLMs for combined structured/unstructured data analytics
• Used evaluation toolkits .
