Position Title: Analyst - Financial Planning and Analysis

Salary: up to 20K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A government organization in Dubai.

Job Description:
- Analyze financial data, conduct variance analyses, and prepare financial forecasts, models, and risk reports to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate on budget development, monitor financial performance, and execute cost control measures to ensure accurate reporting and effective resource utilization.
- Identify opportunities for financial process improvements, stay updated on regulatory changes, and ensure adherence to information security and organizational policies.
- Contribute to recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, while ensuring the closure of audit findings and compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

- Open to UAE nationals and Arabic nationalities
- 40 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CMA certification preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role
- Must have experience in FP&A software such SAP, Oracle or similar.

Salary:
AED 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
