Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented fresh software graduate to join our dynamic team as a Junior Software Engineer. This position will be focused on contributing to the successful implementation of ERP systems in manufacturing and asset maintenance heavy industries. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of ERP applications and a passion for software development. Job Responsibilities

ERP Implementation Support

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Assist in the configuration and customization of ERP modules to align with the unique needs of manufacturing and asset maintenance processes.

Testing and Quality Assurance

- Participate in the testing phase of ERP implementation, ensuring that the software meets the specified requirements and is free of defects.
- Contribute to the creation and execution of test plans and procedures.

User Training and Support

- Provide support and training to end-users during the ERP rollout.
- Address and resolve user queries and issues related to the ERP system.

Documentation

- Document technical specifications, configurations, and customizations made during the ERP implementation process.
- Prepare user manuals and training materials for future reference.

Collaboration and Communication

- Work closely with senior software engineers, project managers, and business analysts to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ERP applications, with coursework or projects related to ERP systems being a plus.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and asset maintenance processes is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, Oracle Fusion, IFS, SAP.
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
