Job description / Role
Analytics Manager will drive the creation of new intellectual capital and develop innovative Big Data use cases to grow analytical capabilities. You will be responsible to lead projects and drive intellectual capital creation being responsible for the end-to-end results.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Project delivery
• Autonomously structure the analytical approach by drawing on experience
• Efficiently divide and assign analytical modules to junior team members
• Develop original frameworks, hypothesis and ideas for data gathering and prioritise them
• Generate key takeaways and conclusions in PowerPoint
Client Management
• Present findings to client audiences ranging up to C-levels
• Manage client meetings and lead content discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and handle day to day client interaction
• Contribute to sales lead generation and preparation of business development material
• Coach and mentor team members in their career development and growth
Requirements
• 5+ years of consulting experience at a top tier global management consulting firm focusing on analytics or at an analytics specialist firm
• Experience in designing, understanding and working with advanced quantitative analyses
• Working knowledge of the BI solutions, architectures and environment from Telco Operators
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Experience
• Marketing analytics (Desirable)
• Financial modelling of marketing initiatives, pricing, product portfolio assessment and customer base management in telecom operators (Desirable)
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• MBA or Masters-level degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Analytics, Big Data, Statistics, etc.)
• Knowledge of programming languages and statistical analysis is an advantage
