API Automation Engineer

Job description / Role

The Role

* Designing and develop automation for a variety of use cases (API testing, BE performance etc.)
* Working closely with Research & Development and Quality Assurance to create automation solutions
* Help streamline API testing by enabling DevOps to test APIs within the API adapter
* Rapidly and reliably automate processes between disparate endpoints and systems
* Use API's in combination with direct connections, custom scripts, and universal connectors to build reliable, reusable, cross-platform workflows
* Role based on quick decision making, direct approach, fast execution, and simple elegant solutions

Requirements

The Candidate

* BSc. or Practical engineering degree
* 1+ years' experience as a Developer
* Experience developing Using Python
* 1+ years' experience as a QA
* Experience with Writing STP / STD / STR
* Experience with RESTful API testing -MUST
* Experience with Postman
* Experience with Node.js
* Familiarity with Automation methodologies such as KDT, Page Object Mode
* Deep knowledge in Relational Databases (like MySQL MariaDB etc..)
* Familiarity with Design patterns and Automation development
* Fluency in English

Salary and benefits

35,000 AED per month + wider company benefits
