API Integration Developer (CRM Specialist)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate API Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. Based at our Dubai office, this role is ideal for a developer who thrives on problem-solving, loves working with cutting-edge technologies and has a deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and CRM systems.

What you’ll be doing
- Design, Develop, and Implement APIs: Develop and maintain API connections between CRM systems and third-party platforms.
- Webhooks Management: Create, configure, and manage webhooks for real-time communication between platforms.
- Integrate CRMs with External Platforms: Build and manage integrations between CRM systems and external tools (e.g., marketing automation, sales platforms, and customer support tools).
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Diagnose and resolve issues related to API integrations and data flows between systems.
- Maintain API Documentation: Ensure that all integration and webhook-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
- Monitor System Performance: Monitor the health of integrations, ensuring that they run smoothly and are scalable.
- Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Work with product managers, developers, and customer success teams to ensure seamless integrations.
- Ensure Security Compliance: Implement and maintain security best practices for API and webhook integrations to protect sensitive data.
- Stay Updated on API/CRM Trends: Keep up to date with the latest API technologies, CRM systems, and best practices in webhook development.

Are you the person we are looking for?
- Fluent English - verbal and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in API management or CRM platforms (preferred but not required)
- Proven experience with API design and development (REST, SOAP, GraphQL)
- Strong understanding of webhooks and real-time communication protocols
- Expertise in working with popular CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and integrating them with third-party platforms
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages commonly used for API integration (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#)
- Experience with OAuth, JWT, and API security protocols
- Strong understanding of API testing and monitoring tools
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
