Job Description

• Certification in Apple MAC is Mandatory
• Troubleshoot all apple computer issue related to software and hardware
• Diagnosing IOS Devices
• Manage device by JAMF Create Profile, Packages and Policies
• Installing software, Creating Packaging, Updating software through JAMF
• Using VPP and DEP for Apps Installing and device Configuring
• Used Citrix, AD Self Service AD Manager for MAC user to Configure AD account and remote access of corporate file.
• Creating Network Configuration Policy through JAMF and deploy to all MAC devices
• Enabling Cisco any connect with umbrella and deploy through JAMF with Profile
• Deploying Symantec through JAMF by using JAMF Remote
• Used AD Manager for giving folder permission access, VPN, creating email account on exchange for all AD User
• Used VPP and DEP for managing iPad for app distribution on single app mode
• Integrated Mac Device in Active directory environment with Zero down time
• Make Sure all Mac Devices running in compliance Policy as per Security;
• Make Sure all AD user Login through 802 X Authentication
• Make sure all roaming Apple Devices use Cisco Umbrella with roaming profile enable outside of corporate network
• Schedule Software update for MAC using JAMF and JAMF server update as per company Policy
• Send patch report to Security team as per schedule by security team
• Supporting 20% windows user on Symantec, cisco any connect, AD login, Exchange issue and network related issue
• Supporting all MAC users for all type of Network Related issue

• Machintosh OS 10.9 to 10.13, MACPro, IMac, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air, MacBook Pro Retina, VMware Symentec, Citrix, AD self Service, Manage Engine, AD Manager JAMF Pro,
