Application Engineer

Job description / Role

1. Possess Technical skill sets on Valves and sizing.
2. Possess basic knowledge on the PI and ISO standards related to Flame Arresters and Atmospheric storage devices.
3. Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers
4. Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
5. Interact with Representatives in the region to achieve Sales Goals
6. Prepare timely quotations for Clients / Representative.
7. Follow up status of offers
8. Understand new market trends and communicate this to the Sales Manager.
9. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in exhibitions, attending workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks etc.
10. Participate in Sales Meetings & provide reports to Management
11. Ensure achievement of Quality Objectives
12. Update Quote status and PO sheets
13. Prepare Weekly Sales Report

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering
2. Good knowledge about industry products and processes
3. Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
4. Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
