Job Description: Application Server Engineer - connected car service backend

Job Summary
As a Technical engineer you will be part of our Automotive connected Car technology operations. The role will be responsible for supporting Hyundai/KIA/Genesis connectivity division which means that it is to develop and maintain Car connectivity technical flow from application to infrastructure under customer business objective. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a robust understanding car connectivity application, cloud infrastructure architecture.

Role and Responsibilities
- operating and enhancing the connected car service applications.
- responsible for leading the support and operations of connected car service system application.
- Core activities will include problem management and operational enhancements.
- work directly with our business teams to solve their support needs with the existing applications and collect requirements and ways to improve their processes.
- responsible for implementing, and maintaining the solutions you provide.

Job Qualification:
- 6+ years of development or technical support experience.
- Understanding/experience of overall infrastructure of automotive, familiar with public cloud services, preferably AWS(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
- have at least 3+ years’ experience in supporting applications developed across platform stacks (including SQL, Java/.NET/C#/Perl/Python) or SaaS.
- Understanding of XML/SOAP, web services, web application development.
- experience with modern CI/CD tools and techniques.
- [Required] Fluent English skills: spoken and written / [Preferred] Intermediate in Korean, Arabic

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Automotive business process
- IT project management experience
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse set of business customers and drive consensus when conflicting requirements are identified.
- Working experience of Infotainment/IoT domain

Working Conditions:
- Expected Date of Recruitment: 1 Mar 2025 / Negotiable
- Salary: Salary depending on experience and skills
- Term of the Contract: Permanent / (6 months of probation period)
- Working Hours: +40 hours per week
- Annual leaves: 22 working days
