Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Working with the Special Projects Manager. Owning the development and delivery of iOS Mobile Apps for IPad & IPhone devices. The role is required to design, implement and test systems and components of iOS Mobile Applications – assist in designing new features for the creation of new apps. A creative role which requires researching cutting-edge mobile applications to meet the business needs. First Line support for the Helpdesk on Special Project related issues. Working with various business units (Brand Management, etc.). Roll out and training of new projects. Support and oversee implementation, support and upgrade of various Apps rolled-out in the stores. Reporting to the Special Projects Manager

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Organize product images for utilization on IPad, Oracle ERP & Business Intelligence applications.
- Support the Family Members / Brand Management Team in product design and enhancements.
- Enhance and upload product images into the Oracle database / IPad devices.
- Coordinate with Brand Managers / Brand Principals to obtain product images.
- Provide training to POS Users on IPad Invoicing Apps functionality & usage.
- Coordinate with IPad Invoicing App solution providers for application change requests / App upgrades.
- Coordinate with the Credit Card Payment gateway team to report any issues with Payment gateway integration.

Requirements

- Qualified in usage of Adobe products like Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Studio, Dreamweaver and Flash / Experience in Online Media, web design, development and integration. Experience of Apple products and technology
- Good experience in Graphic/Product Designs.
