Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, one of the prominent gas companies in the region, we are recruiting an experienced Arabic speaking Group HR Manager
You will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
You should have good knowledge and experience in UAE HR & Labor policy, employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, employee engagement and development.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a MBA graduate or equivalent or have a Degree in HR / Personnel Management and with at least 6 years experience in the UAE preferable working with a natural Gas company or within the Oil & Gas industry. You must have a minimum of 6 years of progressive leadership experience in HR positions with specialization in training and in employment law, compensation and preventive labor relations. An outstanding interpersonal relation building and employee coaching skills are some of the key attributes for this role along with demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department and ability to serve as a knowledgeable resource to the executive management team.
Ability and experience dealing at management level is required.
Excellent communication in English and Arabic is an absolute must.
