Arabic Accountant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Arabic Accountant to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure accurate reporting, and support our parking management operations with expert accounting skills and a strong understanding of Arabic accounting practices.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements in compliance with local regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct allocation of financial transactions.
- Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, tax regulations, and Arabic language documentation requirements.

- Fluency in Arabic and strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in the parking management or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 6000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
